This track is designed as a meditation aid for fourfold breathing:
- 4 seconds in
- 4 seconds of holding
- 4 seconds out
- 4 seconds of holding
This technique is widely used to calm down, lessen anxiety and as part of some basic rituals.

This track is designed to be minimalistic as not to be distracting, in other words: 20 minutes of drones, baby!
It is also an appetizer for an upcoming album leaning further into the idea of music as a rhythmic meditation aid, giving you the same 4-fold rhythmic pattern but with different flavors for different tastes and occasions.
